10ft. wide mantel. It took 5 people to lift it into place.

BEAUTIFUL mantel. How thick and deep is the piece? What kind of wood and finish? Weight (400 pounds or so)?
I know what a challenge it is to work on, finish and mount such a piece – I took on a similar project a few years ago (I’m putting together the pics to post shortly). Rustic, yet refined. No carvings.
