This is my latest Squadron Awards Board. It’s equivilant to a Employee of the Month/Year board. The back is sandply plywood with two coats of red Mahagony stain and 5 coats of Shelac. The letters are 1/4” birch plywood. The picture frames and outer board frame are Mahagony picture molding and the Dog is white pine Intarsia. The patches are white pine with rotary engraved images. The squadron sent me an image of their “Port Dawg” and I created the pattern from that. Thanks for looking. Enjoy! If you have any questions about this design or any of my displays, please feel free to e-mail me!

Thanks! Rotary engraving is basically a computerized router/CNC machine that can router any image you can input to the comuter on just about any kind of material you put under it.
