A folding camp table. One of my first “real” projects using more than screws and paint. Used spar varnish as it would be used outside and possibly rained on. Also my first breadboard ends. Given as a Christmas present.

Neat !

What’s the wood ? I seem to see quartersawn, but also seem to see knots.

But … I rarely trust MY eyes ;-)

Red oak. Mostly reclaimed barn wood if I recall.

Very very nice.I am crazy about this.I tried making it but all my dimensions were wrong .Please do a blog.I wanna learn this.
