Woman at work asked me to make a driveway sign for her cabin in northern Minnesota. I used a copy machine and my Rockler sign making stensils to make the letters larger. Then I transferred them to 1/4 hardboard and made larger stensils. I used green automotive base coat and cleared with high solids automotive clear. The pine trees were free handed with my DeWalt router.

Awesome. I love my Rockler sign making kits too, What is the yellow you used to cover the wood and paint the letters?
