Thank you for the kind words. I use my computer and make a pattern using a banner program then transfer the outline of the letters to the board with carbon paper. Then I use my router and for the larger letters I use a quarter inch straight bit to cut out the inside of the letters. For the smaller work I use a rotozip tool and a very small v grove bit.
