I got a wild hair to build something for one of my favorite actors. I designed these tables for Liam Neeson. The Honey Locust slabs are craddled by figured Silver Maple. The concept is to have these thick heavy looking slabs floating between the frames. The title for these peices Is “Precious Stones”. Though I hated to break up a pair Mr. Neeson was only sent one of these beauties. The other is for sale to recoop the cost of the build.

Great design and concept. I like the lines on the legs and the top is great. At first glance I was wondering why the top did not connect, but quickly got the concept. I really like that the rails do not connect. Very cool and well done!

Didn’t know the actor by name, once I googled him figured it out. Very cool actor nice to hear you think of him as friend.

Uh… You know him? SOOOOOO JEALOUS!!!!! I also think he is most excellent at his trade.

The stools are quite fine. Just like him – stong, stylish, elegant.

Chock me down for a definite “Like”.... To me what sets the piece off is how you connected the legs to the top. Looking good!
