The neighbor cut down a Japanese cherry blossom tree and I was able to get a log. Not the easiest wood to work with. Easy tear outs as well. My first mortises and tenons, so it’s a little rough in the joinery. Finished with tung oil.

-- The garage is calling, I must go. The dog is Fred, and yes he’s well fed.
