Laminated Baltic birch plys by me (easy part) hand painted by wife (hard part). Added some pictures of other boards done after. I glue 4 sheets of 1/8 inch Baltic birch under clamps in a rough pine mold for the concave / dish shape and raised nose and kick tail. Finished the boards with round over routered edges and two layers of poly urethane or clear spray paint. Then off to the art department (spouse) for grip tape design and hand painting. Covered over again with a coat of clear spray paint.

-- The garage is calling, I must go. The dog is Fred, and yes he’s well fed.
