This is my Great Grand Fathers ( Leo Konz Sr. ) Mahogany shelf (his own design) that he made and gave to my grandparents on X-mas in 1951 . He had made a total of four which were given to four of his oldest children out of nine kids ! He was a Carpenter for Buckeye brewing Company out of Toledo Ohio ! He would build custom bars and counters which then he would haul and install in bars , pubs and taverns all throughout N.W. Ohio for Buckeye beer co. .

What a terrific heirloom piece. I like the opposing circles and linear elements. You are lucky to have this!

I wish I had this piece , but it is still happily located in my grandmothers home and she loves it dearly
