Here is another of my entries for the CCA contest, but I believe this one may have won a second place! This is all from one piece, except the eye ball, earring, lock, and gun. But I had fun carving the earring and lock out of wood (the lock even moves on the hasp). It’s nice to get ribbons, but the fun is in the carving and the painting. Thanks for looking!

To cool, your work is very impressive. I would most likely be finger less.

I’m impress to say the least, the expression does all the magic, and the subject is cool looking or mean depends on how you feel I suppose.
Bravo.

I thought the cowboy looked like he had been places, sheeesh he wasn’t holding his eyeball in his hand. Truly fantastic work..

How many more do you have coming back from the show? And what was beating your work? I’m thinking someone was paying off the judges.

Once again, thanks for letting us see your work, and I thank you personally because every time I start looking at the pics of your latest. I can hardly wipe the grin off my face, cause I dearly love me some whimsy. and your cast of characters are as whimsical as they can be.

Oh yeah, another 3, you’re on a roll.
