Aromatic cedar and curly maple. Igot the cedar from my friend who was going to BURN it. I saved it. This box was inspired by Andy. Andy, I love your work man and wanted to do something like it. It’s a far cry from some of your boxes but I think it turned out ok. Enjoy.

Nice job of rounding the corners. It makes the box distinctive. Making that top fit shows some real skill.

Great piece. I love the soft, flowing lines – something you don’t see that often. Nice.

I’m with Robert about the soft flowing lines of this one. Of course everyone has their own opinion or take on things, but this has a very warm feeling to me. I really like!

Gorgeous box. A box like this looks so friendly… makes you want to pick it up, run your hands over it and open it. A real beaut.

I had to jump in here to say I concur with everyone. A real winner. The rounded corners and that smooth finish are excellent features. I would love to hold it, in person. Any chance of adding a pic of it in the sunlight?

This very sweet! The warm color of cedar is soothing, and I like the simplicity of your design. Great workmanship too. I want to see more.
