My first attempt at rings – and having some dinghy projects underway means the scrap bin is full of 6mm okume. Simple enough rings but they worked out not bad and I actually like wearing a piece of my boat building project on my finger! Thanks to LJ WoodenFrog for the inspiration!

The plywood layers give it a neat decorative look. Rings may become the new cutting boards

Well, Well, Well, DONE! My friend! Awesome work!
I love them! They are just great.
Did you use CA Glue for the finish?
With the way these turned out, I`ll have to PM you for info on how to build your awesome rings.
Thanks for sharing.

Great looking rings. For a LOT of nice rings check out LJ Frank Ladd His work is outstanding. Although I haven’t seen him on line for a while.

Here is a Blog I did on making a ring WITHOUT a lathe. It was LOTS of fun.

Keep up the great work.

-- Scrap Wood's the best...the projects are smaller, and so is the mess!
