Hello fellow jocks here I have a small box made out of a piece of Spalted Maple which had some curly grain as well. The finish is Danish oil with a bee’s wax top coat. Thanks for viewing…BC

Simple, elegant, beautiful… sweet piece BC. Is the handle on a second lid inside the box or is that a tray of sorts? Great craftsmanship and beautiful wood selection as always. Thanks for letting us see it.

I like the design and the wood. Spalted wood can show a lot of interesting character. The lift off lid works very well.Robert
