Just wanted to let you all know I am still here. This is my first try at a low boy like this. not a bad job on the bull dog, if I do say so myself. That is Sony my best buddy and as you can see he makes a good looking truck. I just he would teach me.

Great looking truck; I can not say the same for the other thing in the picture.

Seemed to have a little of my bad-attitude; I do NOT know how it could have rubbed off from 1800 miles though!

Nice job Orvile on the trailer!
There’s just something about those trailers I really like, and if I hadn’t already built one I sure would build one.
What you planning on hauling on it?
Your bull dozer would fit nicely!

Wow Bud,
For bloke who’s still recovery from a hand operation, that’s one first class truck and trailer.
Well done sir, just proves you can’t keep a good man down!

Sony is a really nice looking Frenchy. A bread my wife really likes. We had two Bostons in the past. Oh yea, I should say the truck and trailer are out of this world. Great job on it

DAILY TOP 3

Well done Orvile, this is more than a try! That low boy with the dark strips is also very nice. Can I tempt you to make a few mirrors and air filters next time? Or are this parts to small?

Bud I think you pretty much nailed the semi, and trailer you had posted on earlier about sharing your new plan source. At least it sure looks like you are making what you posted about before.

For a guy coming back after a hand repair it looks like that is coming along well too.

Congrats on getting a 3 on this as well, nice job all around.

Now do you take care of Sony, or does he take care of you? I’ll bet it’s a combination of the two, he looks like a good guy.

Great job OB1.

By the look in your buddy’s eye, a few more lamb shanks and he’ll be hiring the low boy to get around.

Thanks for all the kind comments. Sony looks after me when he is not sleeping or eating. No the lights do not work,, yet. This truck and trailer is 50” long so I was thinking of trying to light up the next one. This one my wife took away from me and she wants to put it above her computer desk so she can display family photos on the trailer,,, after I put on some air filters and mirrors. Right now still having a hard time making small parts

I am still here too, been too busy to work at projects, but winter is coming. That why I have to get my tail in gear. Putting into a new and different heating system. Great job on the truck.

Super job. I really like the trailer. Those stripes just set it off!
