I have found that it’s best for me to have NOTHING stored on the countertop in my RV, so wall storage is king. This shelf-thing is made of some scraps of maple and white oak I had on hand.

The maple box has a slatted bottom, making it suitable for keeping vegetables etc. that need airflow. The box is also removable from the supporting frame, giving it a little greater utility and making it a bit easier to clean.

The oak frame itself is designed to fit the contours of the wall (a slight curve) and to allow the blinds for the windows to pass BEHIND without hindrance.

Overall a really nice addition to the trailer. Keeps loose items off the counter but doesn’t seem to get in the way.
