Finally finished the Hall Table for my wife. The Jury is still out on the top – may switch to quartz. It is put together with a Kreg jig and screws. Primary wood is clear pine stained with Minwax Jacobean light colored accent on the top is unstained hard maple. The piece is finished with 2 coats of Varathane semigloss varnish.

Looks very nice as is, where would the quartz go?, in place of the maple?

Lol… Nope – replace the whole thing. That’s why it’s only got maple trim. ;-)

Thanks. And in less than two days that inlay is covered in mail, and laptops, tablets, and cell phones being charged. :-)
