I built this for my daughter’s 40th birthday. She hates the click-clock when she is reading, but it sits on her mantle nonetheless. I bought the works from Klockit and modified the plans to my taste and router bit selection ;-)

Very nice. I love how everything is visible, and you can watch the workings of the clock as it tick-tocks…my wife hates that sound too, but I love it.

That’s a beautiful movement & the case displays it beautifully. Well done, I love the tick tock sound when the house is quiet ,relaxing.

Beautiful work Chas! I love how the case trophies the movement (or hardware… not sure what the correct word for it is). I know I would love to have something like this sitting on my mantle. Well done & thanks for sharing….
