Hello all of you.
This is my second try making a dining room table.
My first one has developed some structural problems, I noticed last winter that he wood was cracking and splitting few places, My first tought was that the air was too dry due to the electric heating system, but then again that is the only piece of furniture that played that trick on me. Maybe it is the wood at some place with deffect go figure.
This one sits on the same base, also made from red oak 58 inches closed and 94 inches with the two 18 inches leaves.Sorry I’m not able to make a decent picture on that.
Everybody now can sit at the same adress, but now I’ am missing few chairs, it never ends.
Feel free to comment and I will show what happen with the firts table top. Next post.
Have a nice day in the shop.

A fine and functional table. Nice job.
