This is my “utility” work bench will all of the bins and doodads I have collected over the past 20 years. An interesting note…I took all of the screws and nuts and bolts I had collected over the years and separted them in the family room while watching tv with SWMBO. She felt compelled to tell me that it was going to take for ever and what was I going to do with all of those screws? BINs!!!!!!!!!!! With clean labes to identify the size of each and wood vs. pan head vs. hex heads. It worked…now I have a few bins with two screws, but I know which screws are where. Life is worth living!

I built the bench last spring from scrap around the garage. The plans came from WOOD magazine’s storage solutions.

Nice workbench Scott.

I’ve got a few bins for screws also. A hardware store was going out of business, about the time that Big Orange came to town.
