We moved into a new house in January and my wife needed a place to store all her party/serving stuff. (she has a lot!) We had a wall across from the dining room that was a good spot and we talked about a built in but wanted the look of a free standing cabinet.

This is about 8.5’ x 8.5’ and 18” deep inside dimensions so about 96 cubic feet of storage including the 3 big drawers.

A lot of firsts for me on this project.. especially building the glass panel doors. I’m very glad its a painted project! :)

I did some blog entries that have some of the in process stuff if you want to see more. I will do a final blog when she gets it loaded up.

LOTS OF PARTS!

Door parts were fun to make..

Nice work, beautiful cabinets. Did you break any glass during this build? Seems almost inevitable with all those panels.
