Letter opener

Recently I have developed a profitable little sideline business – hand carved letter openers. Very hard dense tropical woods carve best, and produce the sharpest edges as well. Cocobolo and Katalox are my favorites woods for this.

Nobody has ever seen letter openers like this, and they get scooped right up as quickly as I can make them (under an hour). This may have been the only original thing I’ve ever come up with.

I love the contrasting stripes in the second one. You are right, I’ve never seen anything like it.
