That my daughter will decide what finish she wants to apply to.

Just a Pine Chest of Drawers. Through dovetails on the front corners of the drawers.

Just something so he doesn’t throw his clothes on the floor in his room. Gaps are for ease of opening and closing the drawers. He can be as rough as he wants, won’t really harm this dresser.

She may just stain it….or just paint it the way he wants it to look. Grandson is 9 yr old.

Thanks for looking.

Nice work.

You have to build them with the idea they will be rough, because they are rough!!! Or so I have been informed.

LOL

I followed the build on this. Really nice and built to last.

Way to go, Bandit. Followed that build and loved it. Chester will out live us both.

Another finely crafted project from the Dungeon Workshop, Bandit. Nice job on the dovetails, as usual. I hope you can post a picture after the finish, be it paint, stain or other, is applied.

Ok…here is the colour she picked out for this dresser…

Relax…when you open the drawers, you will still see all them dovetails….

Waiting on this to dry, then a coat or two of Poly Gloss.

Called “Kona”.

I left the knobs as is. Will see how the varnish colours them…..
