I am in the process of making cherry cabinets for my whole kitchen.

Gotta love those easy customers. Probably takes you back to why you got in the business before you got to deal with all the a-holes….. :)

Nice work! Amazing how much faster and easier the work is when the customers are nice. I worked as a mechanic for many years, and at least learned how to deal with some of them. I learned ways to ease the bad ones into going to another shop. Problem with trouble customers is that part of their issue is they’re seemingly purposely obtuse. That also makes it hard to get them to go down the road to the next shop. What worked best was to quote some insane price for the work. They look at me like I’m a crook and beat feet out! I wouldn’t actually charge the price I quoted, but you get the idea…though there could be an annoyance charge added to the bill. Too bad I didn’t think of that back then.
