Got the fever again after our vacation to Piegon Forge TN. Sold my other stools, so this is my newest project. Cedar stump and legs. Connected together by mortise and Trennon joimts and wood glue. Hope to get started on a rocking chair next.

Nice Stool. I like the color of the Cedar and the way the legs flare. Thanks for inspiring

Nice work. How long should the stump dry before attempting to use it?

Wood had been laying around for about two years since being cut.

Thanks, I have a chunk left from a tree we cut down about 6 weeks ago. Will put it to the side and let nature do her thing. Then make something.
