Sword through Shadow Box

This was custom made for a client who wanted the sword (the squadron’s nickname is Dark Knights) through the shadow box. I cut the slots on the router table. Of course the slot on the left is wider than the slot on the right. This allows the sword to sit level as opposed to leaning if both slots were the same width.
