This is a bed that was completed in August 2010 . It was for an organization called Jamie’s Dream Team. They were helping a young man named Zack. I just read his story this morning and it is amazing. It was a star fighter theme. The bed was built with MDF, and bending plywood. I covered it with a high pressure laminate. I figured the two tone color would be easier to do on a laminate. The turbo thrusters were make using pluming parts. The lights, which are hard do see in the picture, are blue.

For more building pictures see my Current Projects page or I have 6000+ pictures divided by month in my Picture Archives.

Great bed Chris for a very courageous and generous young man.
