again It is a hand carved work, the carving is great, and I have finished it mahogany. the wood is beech, most of works here in Iran made from beech. this wood grows in our woods in the north of Iran. then it should be left for 1 year in shade to dry, befor use. and this kind of mahogany color is very popular here in Iran. my time is very limited so only at weekends (thursday and friday) I can add my projects here and enjoy your comments. during the week I really miss you and your comments. :)

My hats off to you Vahid that is amazing work how long did it take , I only dream about doing work like that how long have you been a wood worker ? be safe keep your blades sharp

thanks slimt but i only have finished it and the carver is someone else he has over 40 yrs experience he is a master in carving.

vahid, the wood looks like a Walnut or Maple. It doesn’t look like Beech. Very nice job.
