Customer turned a 6 unit apartment building into 2 town houses…decks come off second floor bedroom in the front of the house. Second picture is view off 3rd floor roof top deck of master bath…The structure to the left is a planter that divides the 2 properties and provides some privacy.

Sorry no before pics..took out a window and made it a door for access…there was nothing on the front of this building…I’ll post some of the other work that we did in the house…thanks for all your comments.
