The plans for these were in a Woodsmith Magazine. I happened to have a piece of jarrah the right thickness and some hard maple and other scraps so I made 3 of them. It took about 5 days total maybe an hour a day, a lot of time waiting on glue to dry. I got the blocks all glued up then got to cut them all apart and glue them up one more time. A lot of time on the bandsaw with these. Good practice for those skills.
I was really surprised with how much they amplified the sound from the phone. I finished them with several coats of clear shellac.

Nice job, very pretty too.

I also see an ERASER for mistakes in some of the pictures.

Very nice. I might make one and test it against the other versions I’ve made.

They do so look very good, art over practical woodwork plus some Australian Jarrah… top marks Bruce..
