I made a top for this project before, but it just didn’t look right. I re-made the top out of oak and purpleheart and I think it looks a lot better than the old one. I even like it more than my original design before I ruined it and tried to save it.

The design of this box is so nice as well as the wood used. You have also done a very impressive job on the making of this project and it shows a lot of fine craftsmanship.

Gee, it’s hard to say which is better. The workmanship is terrific. I think you did a great job on both. Thanks for inspiring

Much better, never give up when you know you can do better with a bit more work. Never could understand people that settle for less than their best, it’s a hobby, take your time and love each piece,,,,
