Classic Antique Arm Chairs Restoration

A pair of arm chairs came to me to restore them back to their glory.
The old coats of varnish was easily remove and sanded down to to bare wood.
Did some glue ups and of loosen parts and touches.
Past them trough a preservation treatment.
Sand them again and again and finally finish them with tung oil, beeswax and a light coat of lacquer to restore them back to their original color.

I think they came up quite good.
Hope you like them and leave a comment :) !!!

I agree with you Stelios they do look good! Nice work!

Most people just toss out old worn items but a craftsman like yourself knows how much work went into making it in the first place.
