Here’s my entry in the flipp’in tool cart. It is taller and wider than most, then again so am I. Ba da da… yup, we’re gonna be here all week. Pictures are self explanatory. Lots of plans, photos, and videos available on the regular channels. Only change I would’ve made is to make the sides a bit thicker. I probably would have laminated two 1/2” ply’s or perhaps a 1/4” or 1/2” to a 3/4” ply to make the sides 1” to 1 1/4” thick. Other than that it seems to work great. Time will tell.

Nice work. You could also beef up the sides by doing a picture frame set up with 3/4×1 1/2 inch boards.

Something like this: It is a support for a table top so I milled down 2×4’s to accommodate my requirements but you could go thinner as you wished. Still very strong and no exposed plywood edges.

You have done a fine job on this cart and it will be a great addition to you shop.
