Mat! Love it! I’ve been following your work on Facebook but don’t remember seeing any furniture like this!!!
I looked at the chair without looking at the name but the little devil gave it away…

I’m bad about taking progress pictures. I have one here from when I finished the glue-up and started the initial grinding. Using the Lancelot grinder tools.


That is really something else. I would have loved to seen some of the construction.

This is one of my favorite projects I have found on LJ, really incredible!
I have been floating the idea for a butcherblock “something” to cut down my ever increasing scrap pile but coffee tables are just so overplayed… How do you maintain symmetry on a piece this large?
