I did this one with a free pattern by Grampa, on Scroll Saw Village. I think it is one that begs to be painted, but not knowing much about painting, I am afraid to try. So, I will leave it a while and maybe do some practice/playing with painting and maybe, get brave enough to try. I is cut in Basswood. Wish I would have had a piece with more bark on the sides.
