This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. The darkest wood is Walnut, medium color is Mahogany, and the light color is Maple. Once I was able to get my table saw set so that all sides were the same length, the project assembled very easily.

Really like this one, nice job. i like the larger pattern vs. a smaller scale pattern. Any videos/plans etc. that can help me on this project that you could recommend? I’m really wanting to try on myself. Thanks for posting.

I imagine getting the exact angle and length is difficult, but that is some great results. Any in progress pictures? I am trying to wrap my head around the easiest way to set up the cuts…

I found this youtube video by Thomas Anton Geurts very helpful. I found other videos, but liked this method the best.

I have a lot of inwork pictures, but I think the attached YouTube video will do a much better job of explaining how to create the cutting board. If the video is not helpful, let me know and I’ll pull together some in-work photos. The video was posted by Thomas Anton Geurts very helpful. I found other videos, but liked this method the best.

Nice job!

I made a few of them as well, but never made an end grain board, always long grain…
That is a different approach, but in both ways, the results are amazing.

Good luck with your next project!
