This is a bit of an unusual job as I had to copy an existing cupboard exactly, as this one was going opposite the original.
Its just mdf painted with about 5 layers of paint.
I just measured everything about 10 times and took some photos before doing a sketchup drawing to make sure my measurements all added up.

I had a bit of trouble getting the top section into the alcove as i measured the front and back of the alcove but neglected the middle which was 10mm smaller !!!
It was ok after a bit of adjustment though .

Damn Ollie all of the photos are horizontal. From what I can tell it looks real nice with the paint on it. Nice work.
