I’ve been working on this on and off since last summer. Built to purple Martin specification but I’m expecting swallows. The house is about 6’ tall not including the finial and is 23”x23” wide. There are 48 compartments that can be accessed by removing 8 screws that hold the roof system. The trusses were braced before sheathing went on, just thought I’d show the bones. You can see the compartment petitions in the background of that picture. Thanks for looking.

I hope you get a large occupancy! Swallows are a good bug eater too.

I have seen them “bomb” cats too as a game!

Neat job..

I think all bird houses should be made easily cleanable.

I dig it.

Does the condo have a home owners association fee?
