Probably the biggest project that I have ever been commissioned to build. It’s all built from 2x & 1x pine from a big box store. I run all 2x material through planner so it wouldn’t like so much like construction lumber. The consigne wanted it to look like a doll / play house. It is for her grandchildren so she wants to paint it herself as part of whole project

-- I have to remember this is a hobby..

Well it will be a very stout bed and up to the task of abuse by the children. Nice work.

That upper bunk looks Presidential. That is a piece of work, not just 2 beds, but storage, and safe passage to the second floor via the stairs, complete with rail. You’ve taken what may be the most dangerous piece of household furniture, and positively tamed it. Nice job. Thanks for sharing.
