About 5 3/4” X 6” I used Red Oak, Padauk, Bocote, and Cherry. This was one of those project that the more you worked it the better you liked it. The finish is a friction wax over a sanding sealer. It’s one of my favorites

I must say that it is very striking. I love the design and the contrasting colors and the finish seems to be excellent. It’s a very nice bowl.
