Night stand project. Tried to fume it and got mixed results. Customer loved it, but I was not happy with it. Should not have let it get out of my shop, but customer was happy so I let it go.

I’m making a stand that is similar. I’m to the point that I need to do the finishing. I’m going to try a faux fuming process. I hope it makes mine look as nice as yours.

Nice build, sorry you were’nt happy with it. What didnt you like the way the stain or finish took?

I really like this piece. It’s hard to beat the simplicity of certain styles. shaker, mission, etc.
