Jewelry Display Case

This was made for an art gallery. The wood ends are koa. The glass slips into grooves and is easily removeable and replaceable if it gets scratched. The case sits upon a metal frame that was used as a desktop. The case has one large drawer that slides out and can be seen in the last picture. It has a simple lock but also has two hidden stops underneath. The first stop will prevent someone (unauthorized) from ‘casually’ opening the drawer. The second stop prevents the drawer from inadvertently being opened too far and falling out of the case. These stops are moved by sliding pegs underneath the case. The drawer face is mahogany. The inside back and one end/side are mirrored to provide more views of the jewelry. The other end or side has a glass insert.

Beautiful display case. That koa is gorgeous and I like the way you installed the glass so that it is replaceable. Great job!

Very well done! Brings back flashbacks from weekend. Bought my wife a new Wedding Ring. After 18 yrs she deserved an upgrade now that were better off then when we were just staring out.
Love the wood choice.
