X-leg coffee table

I made this X-leg coffee table as my entry for the Instagram builder’s challenge (@igbuilderschallenge).

It’s made entirely of pine wood (1×6s and 2×4s) that I stained with Espresso stain. I added black iron pipe as cross supports for the legs using couplings, nipples and end caps to hold it tight to the legs.

You can watch the full build process I used https://youtu.be/mmxwLOAfrJA

Looks great. Hard to get those 4 legs sitting level and flush to the floor. Looks like you nailed it….GREAT job!

I like the rugged, heavy duty look to it. Should last a long time, and the finish looks good on it. Great job.

Looks great. Really like the design. As has been mentioned, it’s stout. I also like the addition of the pipe as a stretcher. Very cool.
