This little guy is 21in long and 8in high. He made of maple, walnut, sapele. I was lucky to have a friend take some good shots of it.

Beautifully done! The curly maple has the look of water. I’d have thought about dying the water blue. Did that thought cross your mind? Welcome to LumberJocks!

I’m looking into resin casting and wood dye’s but need more practice. I think it will help add more texture to some of the projects.
