Here’s a small pine box and a handful of tools for my 6 month old grandson Logan. The tools are pine, oak and popular. He has a hammer, saw, square, chisel and a knife. The box is milk painted in of course John Deere colors. Now all we need is a mini workbench. Its all glue and pins. The finishes are child safe. Nothing mechanical.

Very creative. You can’t start them too young!

Cool project. I would have loved one of these as a kid.

Those tools are cute and the box looks great. I know that your grandson will love that little set of tools and many years hense he’ll cherish them as an heirloom. It’s always nice to be able to make something for a loved one. Congratulations and well done!
