Entertainment Center and Bookcases

This project consisted of two units for the homeowner. The first unit was an entertainment unit that houses the TV and stereo along with bookshelves and storage or Art. The unit is aprox 9’ tall x 12’ long and 14”wide on the lower shelving and the upper shelving is 12” deep. There is a stained counter top that is 16” wide.

The finish for these units is an whitewash stain base, with a toned stain color applied on top. this left a wore antique looking finish. Several topcoats of waterborne Laquer finished these units off nicely.

The second unit is a Line of bookcases with decorative box columns on the ends. This unit is aprox 11’ long and stands at aprox 38” high. All adjustable shelving. This unit sits under the knee wall to the kitchen.

This project turned out above what I expected, and the homeowners were very pleased as well.
