Had a local restaurant see one of my pieces I donated to a local fundraiser to help our high school athletics program. Said they wanted something to hang in their new sports bar that has a local sports theme. Will be offering this on barter for a few meals of credit at the restaurant. If they don’t “bite”, will donate for auction as well.

Free reclaimed wood from local school bleachers that were replaced with plastic bleachers.

Measures 70×11x1

Just a fun way to spend a weekend in the garage waiting for the winter cold to go away in norther Ohio.

If a local restaurant hired me to make a sign that nice, they’d be paying a lot more than a barter of a few meals. Great work, just don’t sell yourself short.

Awesome. Win-win.

Back in the 1950s my dad used to play gin rummy with the owner of Enderle Hardware in Pasadena and beat the man mercilessly. He would pay dad off with tools that dad wanted. Dad got an awesome shop and the owner got to pay off at wholesale prices.

Will have to stick to the meals rather then the libations. Beverage mark up is unreal.
