Small end table I built for my friend as a housewarming gift. The top and shelf are made out of local quartersawn white oak (from my dad’s place…D. A. Sharples Domestic Hardwood). The finish is General Finishes…oil based stain in “candlelight” and 4 coats of Arm-R-Seal oil modified urethane (wiped on).

Well done. I like the overall shape and proportions. Nice clean lines. The only thing i might have done differently would have been to router an edge around the top, looks like its missing a little something, but a very nice job overall, thank you for sharing it. I will keep a picture of this for when i build my next ones:)
