One of the second pieces is a wonderfully figured cherry Bent Arm Morris it took 70 hours to make this and a Mahogany one BEAUTIFUL grain cherry is one of my favorite woods! enjoy!!!

Hiya Denver Dave, they are not carved three pieces of 3/8 plus cherry glued up on a form and clamped. after the glue dries it stays pretty close to that shape. then trace arm on the chair cut chair sides to match and then route bottom of arm to fit and if ya do it right hard to tell how you joined it.
