Three pens I made this weekend… all are Wall Street II pens (one is a click pen). This kit seems very well made and has a secure feel. The Kingwood and Bloodwood are my favorite woods for turning. I also turned another Wall Street II pen out of Buckeye Burl, but didn’t take a picture… I’ll take one of it and post it in the future when I turn a Bullet pen I am planning on turning this weekend.
Enjoy!

Fine pen! I’ve turned a few of the WALL STR 11 and really like the feel. I used the copper, wish very much more kits were available in copper, it really seems to make the wood stand out.
What turning tools do you use?
Thanks;

I just started turning… turning pens is addicting! I use two tools… Easy Tool Mini-Rougher and Easy Tool Mini-Finisher. These are carbide tipped tools, so no need to sharpen, just loosen the hold-down screw and rotate the cutter blade. I must admit, I have not had to turn either one yet and have completed about 20 pens. I do sand after using the Finisher… 120 grit up through 12,000 grit micro mesh.
Enjoy!
