My lovely wife wanted a mirror for the entryway. Since that’s where the G&G table went it made sense to continue the theme. This has been finished for awhile now but just haven’t uploaded any projects for a couple months. I didn’t do any pegs (even decoratively) – just something about pounding on the frame of something containing a mirror, but added ebony splines in the four corners. The wood is madrone, just like the table, and the vase sitting on top of it (a shameless plug referring to earlier projects). The corners are mitered bridle joints. I knew it was going to be heavy so I wanted to maximize the surface area for glue. The only metal in the project are the eyebolts in the back for hanging the mirror on the wall. Thanks for looking.
